I got new Umeboshi, but it was super sour and salty.
Another new thing on the rice, “Fuki-Miso”.
Specialty from the season.
This is from my mother.

All my bento photos are by the camera of cellphone.
So it sometimes become doom and depressing mood.
Bottom left: Stir-fry Tempeh,  Eggplant, sausages, Enoki… sesoned with Kohchu-jan.
Bottom right: Moyashi Namuru, Tomatoes, Ingen and Pumpkin.
Top: Rice with Siso.

Wow!
New Bento box!
So I can bring rather watery thing like curry in it.
Actually Bento in India would be like this, as seen in here and called Dabba.
The people who deliver the Dabbas to each one’s called Dabbawara.
Check out this site  !
I am so fascinated by Dabbawara now.
This new bento box really gives me a little trip to India…

Too much tomato sauce and potato galette hardly be seen.
Olives, Mini-tomato, Hijiki Furikake and Chirimen over rice.
Salad: Beans and mini-tomatos.
The Galette was not successful but still tastes good!
Ingredients are Potatos, Oil Sardin, Cheese and onion.
Maybe I should not put onion for more firm galette in right form.

Gyoza, Tempe and Bok Choy saute, olive, mini-tomato,  Umeboshi, Ingen mame.
I could not manage the cooking of Gyoza rightly.
It become weirdly soft and dump.
Gyoza is from “Ten-Shin Ro” Chinese restaurant near by my apartment.
They sell Gyoza half price on every two weeks and you can get them raw or cooked.

I cooked seasoned boiled eggs last night after dinner.
I read this recipe in my favorite bento site and this recipe is actually from Naomi Takayama’s book, it says.
This helps a lot when I do not have enough time to cook in the morning and I really like this recipe since it is easy and tasty.
