Tomato Egg and Negi-Miso Chicken

 

I bought cheap tomatoes yesterday.  jpy300  for 7pcs. in middle sized tomatoes.

But they were already well ripen and bit soft.  They need to be eaten immediately!

I cooked 1 of those with eggs and made it scrambled egg, it became rather watery…

 

Today’s choice for seasoning the chicken was Miso.

I marinated the chicken into the mixture of Dashi+Miso+Chopped Negi (green onion)+minced ginger and Mirin.

Then I sauteed Negi and Chicken in the pan this morning.

Soft and juicy bites!
