In the vegetable assort set delivered on Thursday had gobo (burdock) for the first time this season. I cooked kinpira gobo with it. In the past, I wasted some burdocks kept missing the chance to cook it and I don’t want to do that again!

I cooked negi-miso chicken for bento the other day and this chicken breast ham (tori ham) is prepared at the that time.
1. Just rub some sugar and salt into chicken breast. (other spices can be added if you want)
2. Wrap it in plastic wrap securely and keep it in the fridge 24-48hours.

Last night, me and a friend of mine went to Tenshin-Ro, Chinese restaurant near my apartment. It was 4th Wednesday and we were supposed to get half price gyoza. But unfortunately it was no half price yesterday. We were shocked but we had good ramen and normal price gyoza.
