The last day to have black beans cooked last week.
I didn’t like boiled black bean in my childhood since it was too sweet for me. (That is the way Japanese cook black beans.) But knowing that this is great for my health, I’m trying to have them as often as possible. Instead, I cook them with less sugar. The black beans are rich in dietary fiber and low calorie food with quality protein. I noticed that I never get hungry until dinner time when I bring black beans in my bento even I reduced the amount of rice since I switch the bento box to current matryoshka.
Today’s bento is something like ad-lib cooking without any specific good idea what to cook…
Cerely and Eggplant cooked roughly and then cooked in little dashi with tuna. After that I added some oyster sauce on them.
