This is actually the bento of Sept. 18.
The sanma is known for autumn season’s speciality.  The summer almost gone and now it’s the time for sanma!
I cooked salted and cut sanma powdering some flour on the surface to avoid make its skin stick on the pan.

I finally finished Molokheiya, though I love it.
I wish I could buy it at super market by cheap price, but they are always expensive.
This Molokheiya is also from vegetable assort set delivered last thursday.

ISOBE-AGE! this is just what I dreamt of cooking by myself.
Yes, I tried it for the first time.
It is  aonori dusted Chikuwa tempula. I just mixed the aonori into the batter (egg and flour into water)  and then soak the cut chikuwa and deep fry them.   Should I dust aonori directly to chikuwa before soak?

I disposed 2 eggplants which are almost spoiled,  so sad.
Under this hot weather now, foods cannot be kept so long even in the fridge.
I cooked the rest of eggplant with ground pork with some chinese seasonings.

My cooking for this morning is just Fried Rice by Fried Rice Mix only!

I went to “Tenshin-Ro” yesterday.
Yes. It was second Wednesday and the day for half price Gyoooza!
It costs only jpy160 per dish (8 Gyozas) on 2nd and 4th Wednesday.
The sheets are almost fully occupied because everybody knew yesterday was THE DAY.

I had bok choy and cabbage which seemed to be cooked urgently.
So I made stir-fry with pork and kimchi for yesterdays dinner adding a lot of cabbage & bok choy.
All the things turn red when kimchi added, it looks so yummy.
I boiled small potatoes and flavored them with soy sauce+olive oil and poured some Aonori.

I had extra squids mirin un coocked and finished today. It is not cut for today.
Namuru (Moyashi and Spinach) again.
Eggplant cooked and flavored with Namplaa, Tomato Sauce and Shreded Cheese over it.

I cooked the Eggplant last night which I bought in grocery near by the office.
jpy200/bag containing 5-6pcs.
Tastes good. But eggplants become high calorie with too much oils.

This Dabba bento seems to have too much capacity for me.
I have to put so many things into a container to keep all the foods in the right location they supposed to be.
