I didn’t realize that I haven’t prepare rice until I woke up!!

I cooked chicken breast, eggplant, enoki mushroom with canned tomatoto eat with couscous.
It’s getting colder day by day. Now I’m wearing thick cotton sweater. I can’t believe I was in T-shirts until just recently.

I cooked negi-miso chicken for bento the other day and this chicken breast ham (tori ham) is prepared at the that time.
1. Just rub some sugar and salt into chicken breast. (other spices can be added if you want)
