Above is today’s bento and I had additional meal which given from a friend last night (Tehshin-Ro’s Gyoza night).

It was far bigger that I expected.
I ate too much today.

I have been missing the chance to use new bamboo & willow bento boxes which arrived last weekend!
It takes much time to make Onigiri, but for those bento boxes, Onigiris seem to be the best things for put in there.  I will try in a few days!

Koya-tofu and Pumpkin again.
It tastes better over night, but you have to boil it in the morning and evening. Now foods go spoiled very easily.
I sauted Okura, Egplant, Piment and Pork ham. Seasoning by Soy Sauce and Miso.
It is really good.

Rakkyo Pickles, Greens and Moyashi boiled and mixed with sesame oil, salt and garlic paste (Namuru).
Eggplant cut and wrapped with Shiso, fried.
Corn, boiled and then fried with butter.
Sausage from supermarlet…
Rakkyo!
This is from my stock food which prepared one month before and now ready to eat!!

Leftovers.
I had extra squids mirin un coocked and finished today. It is not cut for today.
Namuru (Moyashi and Spinach) again.
Eggplant cooked and flavored with Namplaa, Tomato Sauce and Shreded Cheese over it. 
Salad: Broccori
Fruits: Grapes and Kiwi
Rice with Yukari

I cooked the Eggplant last night which I bought in grocery near by the office.
jpy200/bag containing 5-6pcs.
Tastes good. But eggplants become high calorie with too much oils.
Be careful.
