This looks like the bento in the mood of classical Japanese bento.
Rice cooked with the mix of zakkoku (millet), for health. My favorite black beans are next to rice.
The mackerel fried in pan, powdering little Chijimi powder on the surface of meat. On the side of mackerel, stir-fried greenpepper with chirimen.

I almost gave up to make Bento today because I did not prepare rice last night.
I managed to prepare rice early in the morning.
Mackerel again.
Chijimi is my favorite Korean Food.
I bought Chijimi Mix powder and it is quite useful.
I wonder if Korean people do have Chijimi and rice together, though.
In Japan, there are food called Okonomiyaki which is close to Chijimi.
Okonimiyaki is controversial food whether if you eat rice together with it or not.
