Previous post was for the bento of Nov. 18. Here is today’s.
Last night, I didn’t prepare rice and made it marron rice. I bought a package of cooked marron and just tossed it rice cooker. I got a hint from CVS’s marron onigiri that I had recently. The rice was cooked in dashi and I felt [...]

All the vegetables were very yummy. But only poor thing was that the rice was bit harder since it was at the bottom of the rice cooker.

Steamed satsuma-imo (sweet potatoes) again. It is good with my favorite “creamy nuts dressing” which I’m keeping in the fridge at work.
For the first time after since recovering from toothache, I tried another Nukazuke. Shown at the top of rice. This is nukazuke of Kabu (turnip) and really tasty.
Another boom for me is using katsuobushi [...]

Yesterdays bento. I had to finish this hanpen bought on saturday at Maruki super market.

Corn is boild, cut and sauted with butter and flavored with soysauce.
The stir-fry is the left over cooked for the spaghetti the night before.
The bottle of olive paste added a great flavor. The contents of this stir-fry are: [...]

I tried cha han (fried rice) to my bento for the first time.  I never tried because I didn’t want to eat cold fried rice, but it was not bad. It contains: bacon, egg, shimeji, okra, carrot, goya, lettuce and onion.
Corn and edamame are from the vegetable set of organic delivery received yesterday.  Corn is so sweet and [...]
