I cooked negi-miso chicken for bento the other day and this chicken breast ham (tori ham) is prepared at the that time.
1. Just rub some sugar and salt into chicken breast. (other spices can be added if you want)
2. Wrap it in plastic wrap securely and keep it in the fridge 24-48hours.

Last night, me and a friend of mine went to Tenshin-Ro, Chinese restaurant near my apartment. It was 4th Wednesday and we were supposed to get half price gyoza. But unfortunately it was no half price yesterday. We were shocked but we had good ramen and normal price gyoza.

I received a fresh corn from vegetable delivery on Thursday and this is the bento of September 12.
Corn is boild, cut and sauted with butter and flavored with soysauce.
The stir-fry is the left over cooked for the spaghetti the night before.

Above is today’s bento and I had additional meal which given from a friend last night (Tehshin-Ro’s Gyoza night).
It was far bigger that I expected.
I ate too much today.

I really did a lot for my Bento this morning, but within 30 min.
I feel like I dedicated all my energy for today into it.
I tried new things today, but not difficult at all.
Chichen breast (remove the skin) salted and placed into the heat-resistant ware with wine, sake and little ginger. About 10-20 minute.
