I got up at 5:00 am today. Cooked a lot of things such as: tonjiru (pork and gobou miso-soup) for today’s dinner, kiriboshi-daikon+bacon saute (in this bento), pork+komatsuna saute and rocket omlet! (both are in this bento!) No space after stuffing the huge omlet for poor pork saute. So I placed them on the rice. [...]

 
After 3 days off, I had to prepare rice last night for upcoming new weekdays, but I fell asleep while I was watching TV.
I somehow woke up around 4:45am and set the rice and then went to bed again.

Koya-Tofu : boiled in Dashi with Eringi mushroom.
Topping on the rice : Rakkyo, Shiso and Fuki-Miso
 
Today’s bento just in white and green color.
I’m trying to have Koya-Tofu more, its rich in nutrition with protein, calcium, Isoflavones, iron, fiber and low in calories!  Even a few pieces for 1 day would be good for your [...]
